Stress management isn't a luxury. It's a matter of mental and physical survival - stress cripples lives, causes illness, and even kills. Management is vital. 

Stress management, reduction, and relief can be easy & fun - if you use the right relaxation techniques and tools.

From the moment of birth, we are bombarded by upsetting events that create tension. And it never lets up. It impacts all age groups, from young to old. It squeezes and boils us in an "internal pressure-cooker". And if we don't provide an escape valve, it has a negative effect on  our lives, in many ways.  

But not only can’t we avoid it, it is an element of the "spice of life". So rather than avoiding it, we just need stress management and relaxation to find balance and fit it into our lives in a healthy way.

Tension is cumulative.  There is a quick and easy  test questionnaire (see our link) that's been used for decades, in which you can add up all your stressful life events for a year, to determine potential health risks. People over a certain amount are considered by many doctors to be at high risk of heart attack, stroke, cancer, nervous breakdown, etc.  

But regardless of how high our risk is, we all desperately need immediate stress relief. And we can all learn management and relaxation techniques.

Their are many kinds of relaxation techniques. Among them are meditation, biofeedback, music therapy, and relaxation self hypnosis tapes or CDs (easier and faster than learning meditation or biofeedback).
